Do you think bombing cities/civilians during wartime is a fair/justifiable act? Why or why not?

No I do not believe it is fair because in cities people should not be punished just for living in a country who's government wants to go to war but not necessarily the individual wants to go to war. People may be completely against a war yet they are still killed because they are nationality profiled. The after effect of bombing also destroys a country economy, increases poverty, and next to death the deformation of parts of the human body can be horrific. So it is in no way justifiable.

I don't believe that civil liberties should be given up during a time of war because it undermine the rights that we are fighting for in times of war. Should they have to enforce loyalty? I think if they 100% want/need itthey would have to enforce because otherwise it would not happen.
